No. A tasación is carried out by an appraisal company approved by the Bank of Spain, for example for a mortgage. Our valuation is a market valuation: it tells you the price your property can realistically sell for.
It identifies your property precisely and lets us check its official data: floor area, year of construction and use. You will find it on the IBI property tax bill, in the title deed (escritura) or on the Sede Electrónica del Catastro.
Yes. The online valuation is designed for exactly that. If you would like a viewing and are not in Mallorca, we can meet someone you trust at the property.
